Day to day, you’ll be working alongside performance managers, copywriters, and a creative lead to concept new executions for our paid channels and iterate on our existing winners.

As a team, our goal is to do work we love. If we’re not proud of what we’re making, we start over and try again.

More specifically you’ll be:

  • Creating ads for social media that help people understand how Cleo can help them stress less about money.
  • Delivering new concepts each week that push boundaries and our TOV
  • Staying switched on to wider cultural trends, particularly in the US
  • Give and receive feedback through design critique and be continuously up to date with emerging trends in social, culture and technology.
  • Illustrating and extending our brand imagery across our blog and other external channels

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve got 1+ years of experience as a marketing designer, ideally with some performance and social media experience.
  • You’re a social native and cringe slightly when you see those words.
  • You’d love to create more ads like these
  • You’re always looking to learn more about your craft and do better each week
  • You’ve got a portfolio that shows the above.
