As our new Mid-Level Front-End Engineer, you will 📈
- Own the front-end experience – design and develop bespoke, high-performance trading and analytics UIs that drive real impact.
- Be hands-on – this is a pure engineering role, not a management position.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and other tools best suited for state management, performance optimization, and component libraries.
- Shape our front-end architecture – ensuring usability, maintainability, and top-tier performance.
- Iterate and ship fast – balancing quick execution with a long-term architectural vision.
- Have the freedom to craft solutions – autonomy to build things your way, backed by a collaborative team.
- Own the ‘how’ – we’ll give you the ‘why’ and the outcome, but you’ll have full ownership of implementation.

What we’re looking for 🎯
- 3+ years of front-end engineering experience, building sophisticated web applications.
- Deep expertise in React & TypeScript – you know how to structure scalable front-end codebases.
- Performance optimization experience – you care about bundle sizes, hydration strategies, and runtime efficiency.
- An eye for great UX – you understand design, usability, and accessibility beyond just writing code.
- Testing experience – familiarity with Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright, Storybook and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to navigate complex trading and analytics workflows.
- Great communication and collaboration skills – able to work well in a team and foster positive working relationships.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset – a team player with a can-do attitude.
- Bonus experience with: Turborepo, Docker, AWS.
