Are you a passionate veterinarian ready to make a significant impact beyond the clinic? We have a unique opportunity for a Veterinary Affairs Manager to join our team in Norway on a limited duration contract. In this role, you will be the technical and professional bridge between our company and the Norwegian veterinary community. We’re looking for a veterinarian with a clinical background and a genuine passion for nutrition to build trusted relationships with veterinary professionals, from specialists and key opinion leaders to students. You’ll be instrumental in driving the growth of our veterinary nutrition products and reinforcing our commitment to animal health and wellness.
What You’ll Do:
Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert nutritional advice and technical support to veterinary clinics through in-person visits, as well as digital and phone consultations.
Forge Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with our sales and customer development teams to create and execute strategies that help veterinary clinics thrive, including implementing key nutritional protocols and delivering engaging seminars.
Mentor and Coach: Serve as a technical liaison, providing coaching and training to our sales team on the latest in pet nutrition, helping them effectively serve the veterinary channel.
Inspire the Next Generation: Represent our company at veterinary schools and events, sharing your expertise and helping to educate future veterinarians on the power of nutrition.
Lead with Knowledge: Deliver compelling presentations and communications on our products and research, ensuring our message is clear, professional, and evidence-based.
Who You Are:
You are a veterinarian with a degree in veterinary medicine and ideally at least 2 years of clinical practice experience with small animals.
You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and can present complex information clearly and professionally.
You are self-motivated, highly organized, and can manage a varied workload and demanding schedule with travel throughout Norway.
You have a basic understanding of business principles and strong analytical skills.
You have a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
You are driven to make a difference in the lives of pets through advanced nutrition.
