Direct Report to: Customer Success Finance Business Partner
Your Day to Day:
- Update and provide strategic guidance to the Customer Success (CS) leadership on ongoing budget
- Financial forecasting and monitoring of CS financial performance metrics
- Lead the production of periodic financial reports for CS Leadership and working closely with the global FP&A team
- Collaborate with Delivery and Partner Delivery teams to run a successful partnerships transformation program
You Have & You Know-how:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting at top tier University
- IT tools savvy, advanced Excel, advanced G suite, Netsuite/SAP/ERP preferred
- Basic Accounting knowledge (IFRS)
- Fluency in English
- Ambitious & Results driven
- Passion for Problem Solving
