As a fast-growing leader in the residential home reselling space, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Repairs Manager to oversee our multi-national team of repair coordinators and manage the end-to-end execution of residential repair projects. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and high-quality repair work across a large volume of properties nationwide.
You’ll play a pivotal role in vendor coordination, budget tracking, repair scheduling, and quality assurance, all while leading a distributed team across the U.S., Mexico, and India. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in residential real estate and construction, and are passionate about driving operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
