The RoleThis role reports to the Director of Global Field & Partner Marketing and will support the Global GTM Team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a growth marketing strategy for the West Coast territory, partnering with the local team to accelerate territory growth through demand generation, brand awareness, customer acquisition and expansion initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the channels team to design and deliver a partner growth marketing program that strengthens and scales Securiti’s partner ecosystem.
Success in this role requires proven experience in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of growth and field marketing initiatives, including tradeshows, field activities, ABM and partner-led programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-driven marketer with strong communication skills, able to collaborate across teams and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
Responsibilities

  • Field & Partner Marketing – West Coast NAM
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing plan to grow the West Coast market by driving lead generation, pipeline creation and customer acquisition aligned with regional targets and business goals.

  • Build tailored programs and ABM campaigns in partnership with the GTM strategy, collaborating with Sales and the broader marketing team to meet demand generation objectives.

  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end execution of field marketing activities and partner joint initiatives of different sizes, working with Sales, BDRs, Channels, Product Marketing and SMEs to deliver impactful campaigns across the territory.

  • Partner with the demand generation team to monitor performance and report on ROI against key metrics.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to strengthen local customer advocacy programs, enhancing customer engagement and retention and ultimately unlocking expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Securiti Channels & Alliances team and Regional FMMs to scale our partner demand generation activities through marketing programs with GSIs, Regional Integrators, and VARs.

  • Build a calendar of joint initiatives with key priority partners in NAM, and oversee execution.

  • Design and implement the company’s MDF program to drive partner development and demand generation activities.

  • Manage existing MDF/PDF programs, building a calendar of joint activities to maximize available incentives.

  • Coordinate SPIFF campaigns to stimulate new pipeline generation and deal registrations.

  • Maintain a partner enablement calendar and ensure the partner portal remains up to date with the latest resources, campaigns, and product updates.

  • Partner with the Demand Gen team to track performance and report on partner-sourced ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in field and partner marketing, including West Coast territory experience.

  • Strong background in partner ecosystems (Cloud/Tech, GSIs, Integrators, VARs).

  • Proven success in demand generation and pipeline growth.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel 30–35% (mainly domestic, occasional international).

  • Familiarity with customer advocacy programs is a plus 

  • West Coast-based (preferably San Jose/Bay Area).

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or related field
