You will leverage expertise in Sales and Account Management to develop strategic plans for growing Key Accounts and managing all senior relationships for identifying and supporting sales opportunities in the North America (Canada & US) – West.
Essential Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (STEM)
Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account, or team leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales.
Minimum of 5 years experience account management.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical skills, as demonstrated in analysis of customer businesses and development of sales / business plans to meet organizational objectives.
Passionate self-starter with a strong track record and demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
Experience in selling complex solutions
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary range for this position is 128,400.00 – 171,100.00 – 213900.00 USD Annual The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their
education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a sales incentive performance bonus of 30%.
