Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Retail Service Representative to join our Central North Carolina team in Greensboro! The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
  • Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
  • Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
  • Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
  • Prepares customer correspondence.
  • Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
  • Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
  • Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.
  • May train others in office and customer service processes.
  • May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years’ work experience to include order processing work
  • Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills
  • Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
  • Intermediate writing skills
  • Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.
  • Knowledge of products/services

  • Time management
  • Results orientation

SALARY INFORMATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $17.65-25.65 per hour.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
