Qualifications

  • Strong success track record in discovery, shaping, solutioning, and closing key opportunities focused on technical and business outcomes, while identifying creative approaches from a solution and competitive perspective. 
  • Successful development of services and solutions including methodologies, go-to-market campaigns, sales, and thought leadership. 
  • Strong track record of building a financially successful consulting practice. 
  • Strong track record for establishing and growing strategic client relationships quickly through experience, point of views, and leading trends. 
  • Experienced in leading strategic, large programs. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to create and lead compelling presentations to support concepts and solutions, and persuasively discuss strategy with client executives.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $260,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director for our Security Solutions practice, with a strong focus on overseeing and optimizing WWT’s Cybersecurity Consulting Practice Capabilities.

The Senior Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery functions of security senior managers, directors, principals, project managers, and consultants, to successful and efficient execution of client engagements, from leading qualified sales opportunities, scoping requirements through final delivery. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of cybersecurity and related IT practices, project delivery methodologies, and client relationship management. 

The role will focus on evolving and growing the strategy of WWT’s Security Solutions to improve WWT’s market competitiveness, establishing strategic relationships to grow and expand the business, meeting/exceeding financial metrics, driving business development and E2E solutions, and define and drive strategies around growth, increased profit, and customer satisfaction. The team’s mission will be responsible for shaping market competitive E2E solutions, and defining and delivering on the strategy, design, and execution of integrated technology solutions at scale. 

This position will work in close partnership with Sales (e.g., Services Sales, GS&A, Account Managers), and complement Solutions Teams to generate, maintain and manage opportunity pipeline and expansion of solutions & services in existing accounts. Additionally, the position will partner with our Management Consulting and Engineering Teams to drive and support delivery excellence and successful customer outcomes. 

Essential Functions:  

  • Bringing in industry and external viewpoints to evolve the growth strategy of the Security Solution and across all solutions and services, Robust and leading market relevance, and competitiveness of solutions and services. 
  • Meeting / exceeding financial targets. 
  • Development and management of pipeline in support of financial targets. 
  • Having a Growth mindset and making decisions based on Growth; Forward thinking 
  • Expanding the Security Solutions base in existing accounts and new accounts; Increase in multi-solution deals pitched and closed. 
  • Establishing trusting customer relationships, meeting customer expectations 
  • Viewed as a role model to peers and team members, teaming across all Solution Leads, and showing up as One WWT across all teams. 

Thought Leadership and Go-To-Market: 

  • Define and develop cybersecurity service offerings including comprehensive go-to-market strategies based on and industry needs and market demand 
  • Develop relevant thought articles that helps establish WWT as experts across service offerings and demonstrates WWT’s value to new and existing clients 
  • Become a trusted resource for WWT in your field of expertise 

Leads and Champions Strategy and Growth: 

  • Sets the direction and evolves Strategy for Solutions to be Market Relevant and Competitive, and position WWT as a strategic partner externally. Delivers the materials and teams with GS&A and other critical Sales Leaders to ensure robust solution and successfully rollouts. 
  • Champions Cross Solution Qualification -> Closure of Opportunities through client discussions and muti-solutioning 
  • Establishes strategic client relationships to grow and expand the business. 
  • Identifies external market themes and evolves the solution(s) as appropriate. 
  • Sets the direction on talent demands; role model to attract and retain talent. 
  • Mentor future leaders, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional advancement 

Leads and Manages the Business Development and Solutioning 

  • Drives the qualification and delivers the E2E solutions to meet client expectations and success delivery. 
  • Leads the solutioning – identifying the solution architect(s) across solutions + other teams, conducts client meetings to identify inputs to the solution, creates the E2E solution(s) and delivers proposal. 
  • Works collaboratively across solution architects + other leads to ensure a quality and market competitive solution is delivered.
