Role:We are seeking a creative and passionate Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You will work directly with our B2B clients (including employers, channel partners, providers, and payers) to drive engagement and ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth.
The ideal candidate can effectively manage a diverse portfolio of clients (including HR/benefits managers and senior leaders) toward program excellence, design creative engagement and adoption strategies, work cross-functionally to get the job done, navigate ambiguity, and excel in a fast-paced environment. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client and member experience as we scale from hundreds of thousands of members to millions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Build trusted relationships, work toward client goals, and develop tailored plans for success.
  • Deliver insights and reporting: Own client reporting, invoicing, and value tracking. Proactively identify risks and opportunities. Host quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive activation: Collaborate with clients to design and deliver strategic activation campaigns that maximize enrollment.
  • Guide upsell, renewal, and expansion: Partner with clients and sales leaders to identify expansion and upsell opportunities. 
  • Optimize client health: Track and report on key client success metrics, surface risks early, and develop action plans to maintain strong engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Enterprise, and Data teams to address client needs, surface feedback, and improve delivery.
  • Champion client advocacy:Engage customers as references, collect testimonials, and facilitate case studies. Leverage success stories to highlight the value and impact of Function services.
  • Inspire senior client leaders: Guide our partners in driving improvements in the health, well-being, and cost profile of eligible populations.

Qualifications/Skills

  • 5+ years in client success, account management, or similar client-facing role in a high-growth startup
  • Experience with employee benefits, particularly health/wellness programs
  • Background in the healthcare, wellness, or benefits industry
  • Comfort navigating (and leading!) in a rapidly growing business, with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
  • Experience driving B2B2C activations, including designing and implementing enrollment campaigns 
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, juggle multiple accounts, and maximize client retention and expansion 
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.) 
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and clear in both verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful and proactive, with an owner’s mentality and a growth mindset
  • Excited to play an early role in a client success function
