We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 8+ years of commercial experience to join one of our biggest and key projects. 

Must have

  • 8+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce (with 2+ years of experience in a Technical Architect role).
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Force.com platform, limits, Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud. 
  • Experience with the design and delivery of implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.
  • Proven record of implementing integrations with various external systems and large data volumes.
  • Experience with the configuration of CI/CD. Experienced in project management theories, practices, and methods, including Agile. Extensive troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

Extensive knowledge of Agentforce/Data Cloud/CPQ/MuleSoft/Commerce Cloud/Mobile Publisher. Architect-level certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Complete tech ownership of the client’s Salesforce setup, apps and integrations. 
  • Coordination of all development processes and guidance for a big development team. 
  • Active communication with the business side to make sure the best solutions are implemented.
  • Communication with other development teams to make sure current integrations are functioning, assess the impact of changes and suggest best approaches. 
  • Proactively suggest and implement better processes, tools, etc.

About Project

Client: a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand that operates over 130 hotels and resorts across nearly 50 countries

You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

Stage

Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.

Team

  • On our side: 33 people: Solution Architect – 1, Tech Leads – 2, Salesforce Developers – 9, QA Lead – 1, QAs – 8, Admin Lead – 1, Admin – 1, SFMC Specialists – 3, BA Lead – 1, BAs – 4, PMs – 2.
    Client side: management team and several support experts.

Work Schedule
Full-time working day in our office (flexible hours) or partly remote.

Interview Stages

  1. Call with Recruiter (30 minutes)
  2. Interview with our Solution Architect and Recruiter (1 hour)
  3. Client interview
