The position requires the candidate to be based in Los Angeles.
In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Provide operational support to the Americas Market Management team to ensure smooth execution of daily business activities 
  • Assist in preparing reports and performance analyses to track operational efficiency and KPI achievement
  • Identify process gaps and propose data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and workflow quality 
  • Support planning, coordination, and follow-up of regional business initiatives, campaigns, and cross-functional projects 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Product, Market, Customer Service, etc.) to streamline partner and operational processes. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and process standardization.
  • Utilize internal systems and analytical tools to monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not required.
