ECS is seeking a Billing Supervisor to work in our Fairfax, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS is looking for a seasoned government contracts billing leader. Excellent opportunity to grow and develop in an expanding organization. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervise a team of 7 Billing Specialists (direct report)
Approve timesheets, prepare and conduct annual performance reviews
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Billing Team
Mentor and develop Billing Specialists
Track and report billing metrics
Assist Billing Team with their invoicing inquiries and issues by providing resolution in a timely manner
May require some billing (FFP, T&M, CPxx) to include retro rate adjustments, as needed
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Analyze monthly unbilled receivables, research and resolve issues
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and collections issues
Support testing and development of future process improvement initiatives
Provide ad hoc support to AR Manager as needed

Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000
