Location:Remote – USA

As Revecore’s Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will: 

Lead Revecore’s strategy to create, accelerate, and convert demand across all segments and channels. This leader will develop integrated marketing programs that align with sales priorities, build qualified pipeline, and drive measurable revenue impact. A highly strategic and data-driven marketer, the Sr. Manager will oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital, field, and partner channels — ensuring Revecore’s go-to-market efforts are cohesive, customer-centric, and performance-focused. 

The Role:

  • Demand Generation Strategy & Planning
    • Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
    • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, establishing clear objectives, budgets, and performance metrics.
    • Oversee the campaign calendar and ensure alignment across digital, content, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Personalization
    • Develop and manage ABM programs targeting priority accounts with tailored messaging and experiences.
    • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to orchestrate coordinated outreach and engagement strategies.
    • Leverage intent data and analytics to refine audience segmentation and improve conversion rates.
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement
    • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on pipeline goals, coverage, and campaign performance.
    • Support sales teams with campaign-ready assets, messaging, and email cadences for effective follow-up.
    • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve lead quality and sales readiness.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization
    • Define and report on key KPIs including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
    • Drive a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and agile adjustments.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate data, lead routing, and attribution.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead a high-performing team of campaign and field marketers focused on driving measurable impact.
    • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated messaging and market execution.
    • Champion innovation, bringing new ideas and best practices for modern demand generation.

You’ll be successful if you have: 

  • Experience leading B2B demand generation, with proven success in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in integrated campaign development, ABM (1:1 and 1:Few), and performance measurement.
  • Strong partnership skills with Sales, including experience building joint go-to-market programs.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets and complex campaign portfolios.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and intent data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesforce, etc).
  • Healthcare or technology industry experience preferred but not required.

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. 
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
