About the team

You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition group, where we’re passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and enabling leaders to hire Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve our crazy big goals. The TA team partners deeply with leaders across all groups, embedding as strategic advisors, and constantly evolving our craft to scale hiring in innovative and impactful ways.

The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across Canva, such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, People, Design, Content, and Vibe (Workplace Experience). We are looking for an Australia based Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Business TA team.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs

  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent

  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to make high-quality, inclusive hiring decisions

  • Contributing to global TA initiatives

  • Taking a data-driven, solution-oriented approach to continuously improve hiring processes, drive efficiency, and create clarity for both candidates and stakeholders
