The chosen candidate will work independently with minimal direction and function as the primary integration advisor to client leaders and cross-functional teams.

DUTIES

  • Architect, design, and govern end‑to‑end integrations that support clinical, financial, and operational workflows across Oracle Health and partner systems.
  • Own and maintain the integration reference architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reuse across multiple implementations.
  • Define, document, and enforce integration standards, patterns, and best practices for all technical teams and vendor partners.
  • Provide architectural direction and hands‑on oversight for integration platforms such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth/NextGen Connect, and Cerner Open Engine.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure, optimize, or troubleshoot interface engines and integration tooling.
  • Ensure integration platforms are designed for high availability, performance, and compliance with system requirements.
  • Function as the primary integration authority coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Drive decision‑making across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and maintain integration readiness while minimizing go-live disruptions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for operations, finance, and application teams.

JOB SCOPE

The FSI Architect ensures that data flows seamlessly, securely, and accurately between systems to support clinical, financial, operational, and administrative workflows. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is pivotal in delivering stable, scalable, and future‑ready integration solutions that support the implementation strategy and client outcomes.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 7 years combined related work experience, including:

  • Ability to direct or configure integration tooling (Cerner Open Engine, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth/NextGen Connect)
  • Coordinate build and testing across Oracle, facility systems, and third-party vendors; manage integration timelines, environments, and dependency tracking.
  • Drive integration risk management (security, performance, data integrity), defect triage, and cutover planning to minimize go-live disruption.
  • Ability to architect integrations that support end-to-end workflows.
  • Ability to own and manage integration reference architecture.
  • Experience with file-based exchange (SFTP)
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information to operations, finance, and application teams.
