In this role, you will work directly with a variety of large Brands across multiple global Amazon markets and different product categories. You will also play a major role in crafting budget strategies, driving sales and enhancing brand awareness on Amazon, Walmart and other commerce platforms. ## Responsibilities: * Own Amazon search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clients * Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goals * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client’s business * Proactively research industry trends and best practices and communicate internally to knowledge share * Engage frequently and professionally with clients via email/slack, phone, and in-person video meetings * Strategic thinking, detail oriented execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives * Utilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performance * Mentor more junior Advertising Managers ## About You ## The essentials: * Amazon Performance Advertising experience with knowledge of developing strategic full funnel strategies to grow brands * 4+ years’ experience with Amazon digital advertising; with an emphasis on paid search and display advertising * Strong large-client facing experience * Amazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hire * Experience with Amazon SaaS Advertising Technologies * Advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or Google Slides, Docs and Sheets * Excellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skills * Analytical and strategic capabilities * Multitasking expertise with the ability to organize projects and establish priorities ## Not a must, but a plus: * Agency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising, Amazon Demand Side Platform and Amazon search * Adept at learning new software programs and tools and incorporating AI into workflows * Experience using bid management tools * Additional marketplace experience such as Walmart, Target, Instacart At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
