Job Summary: We’re looking for a strong communicator and educator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs for our customer-base. You will be responsible for setting up our new brokers for success through educating on SmithRx products and platform, including savings programs and opportunities, reports and data such as QBR’s, invoicing, rebates, self-service products, and the SmithRx value proposition. You will be working within our Customer Success team supporting client “activation” to ensure they fulfill their potential as a SmithRx partner. This role reports to the Manager of Client Training and Enablement and will be responsible for executing on strategies to enable our Clients (brokers and partners) and Customer Success teams to effectively communicate SmithRx’s value proposition and platform.
