Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform * Developing and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency * Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions * Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights * Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines * Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy * Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth * Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management Minimum Qualifications: * A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field * 10+ years of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment * 5+ years of relevant OneStream experience or comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery * 4+ years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience * Familiar with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the role * SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, to manage and manipulate data effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to navigate through complex situations and provide effective solutions Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems * VB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages * Experience assisting with ATOs and setting up Single Sign-On for applications * Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm * CompTIA Security+ certification Clearance Requirements: * US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% * Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations * Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The projected compensation range for this position is $148,200.00-$263,000.00.
