Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team Full-Time. MANTECH is supporting the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) by developing a Cost Estimation Proof-of-Concept (PoC), highlighting the ability to deliver Agentic AI and Human-AI Teaming capabilities. We have successfully developed and validated an innovative secure AI solution that reshapes workflow efficiency by replacing manual, high-variability processes with a predictive, agent-driven capability. You will lead the frontier of autonomous computing, moving beyond simple chatbots to build Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention. You will develop the user interface that interacts with the real world leveraging AI to accelerate the Air Force’s mission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for advanced Agentic AI applications and Human-AI Teaming capabilities
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI workflows into seamless user experiences
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
* Write clean, responsive, and accessible front-end code to bring designs to production
* Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iteratively improve application usability

Minimum Qualifications:

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,500.00-$105,900.00.
