The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across tour client´s digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP – customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools. The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team-specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
