Dear Hiring Manager,

I am excited to apply for the Professional Services Manager, Fleet position at Axon. With over 5 years of experience in network implementation and customer-facing roles, I am confident in my ability to deploy Axon's Fleet solutions effectively. My expertise in Cradlepoint routers, 12V DC systems, and project management aligns perfectly with the job requirements.

In my previous role, I led multiple on-site deployments, trained end-users, and ensured seamless integration of hardware and software. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am comfortable with 100% travel. I am passionate about Axon's mission to Protect Life and eager to contribute to your team.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to discussing how my skills can benefit Axon.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]

Describe a time you managed a complex network deployment under tight deadlines.
In my previous role, I deployed a fleet management system for a police department within two weeks. I coordinated with IT, installed Cradlepoint routers, and trained officers. Despite hardware delays, I prioritized tasks and completed the project on time.
How do you handle difficult customers during implementations?
I listen actively to their concerns, explain the technical aspects clearly, and provide regular updates. For example, when a client was frustrated with connectivity issues, I worked after hours to resolve them and followed up with training.
What experience do you have with 12V DC electrical systems?
I have a basic understanding of 12V DC circuits and wiring diagrams from installing vehicle equipment. I’ve worked with emergency vehicle technicians and have hands-on experience with power distribution and grounding.
How do you stay organized while traveling 100% of the time?
I use project management tools like Trello and maintain a detailed schedule. I prepare materials in advance and communicate daily with the home office. For example, I always have backup cables and tools ready.
Can you explain a time you trained end-users on complex technology?
I trained a group of officers on Axon Fleet software. I created simplified guides and conducted hands-on sessions. I addressed questions patiently and followed up with one-on-one support, resulting in high adoption rates.
