About the role:

* Experience managing paid social budgets across Mexico and/or Canada, with an understanding of the unique media landscape, platform behaviours, and audience dynamics in each market.
* Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
* Experience working with high-growth SaaS products, a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel, and familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
* Skilled in trafficking ads, implementing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
* Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps.
* Proven ability to build paid social channels from the ground up and scale them to significant spend levels, with a strong focus on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
