You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural’s self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it.
