We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you’ll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running. We’ve built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact. ## Key Responsibilities * Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short. * Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation.
