We are very excited to be on the lookout for an experienced Entertainment Consultant to join our Media & Entertainment division in Australia. This is a fast-paced and excisting role and would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are major players in the Music, Advertising, TV and Film industries.

As an Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will

* Plan and sell a range of travel services, including air and ground transport, accommodation, and other related travel services
* Provide expert consultation and manage the flight reservation process, ticket issuance, and reissues
* Fully service all enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing to BCD standards
* Support and action any post-booking queries, rectifying any requested changes and efficiently processing reissues
* Be able to work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
* Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
* Understand and accurately support talent movements with confidence and confidentiality
* Be able to manage location and large group movements and confidently manage multiple complex itineraries
* Willingly support team members within and across teams
* Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
* Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control
* Perform other duties as assigned
