The work spans people, agents, and the handoffs between them. You’ll report into Product Design and work closely with Growth Product, Engineering and Data. You’ll have the authority and support to move from an observed problem to a working prototype, shipped experience, and measured result. Vercel gives you unlimited access to leading LLMs and in-house tools that make product data easier to explore. If a tool limits the work, you can partner directly with its builders or improve it yourself. This role does not come with a mature Growth Design playbook, stable briefs, or one bounded product surface. Priorities change as evidence arrives. Some experiments will not ship. Our data and tools allow us to validate hypotheses. You should enjoy finding the right problem, making something real, working through implementation, and staying accountable after launch.
