Design plays a central role in shaping product direction and strategy, so this position is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with exceptional visual craft. Beyond designing great products, you’ll help evolve the systems, workflows, and AI-enabled practices that make the entire team more effective builders. The base salary for this full-time position, spanning multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges from $175,000 to $275,000 USD for candidates based in the United States and $148,750 to $233,750 USD for candidates based in the European Union, plus benefits & equity. Compensation for candidates based outside of the US and EU will vary to reflect local market conditions.
