I maintain a detailed budget and project plan, monitor spend and milestones frequently, and reallocate resources when results or business priorities change. How do you collaborate effectively with Content, Design, Growth, and Sales teams? I use a shared campaign brief, regular planning checkpoints, transparent dashboards, and clear decision owners.
