I would translate these into a phased implementation plan with owners, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, and a clear governance cadence. Throughout delivery, I would use regular status reporting and risk reviews to keep both the customer and internal teams aligned. How would you define and measure whether an AI deployment is successful? I would first establish a baseline for the relevant operational and business metrics, such as adoption, containment, conversion, handle time, quality, or revenue impact. I would define target outcomes with the customer before launch, instrument the solution to track them, and review results at agreed checkpoints. Where results lag, I would use conversation data and stakeholder feedback to prioritize configuration, workflow, or enablement changes. How do you explain complex AI or technical concepts to non-technical customer stakeholders? I would communicate in terms of the stakeholder’s business decisions rather than product jargon, using simple workflow diagrams, examples, and a clear explanation of expected impact. I would then update the plan and communicate the revised commitments transparently to the customer. I would create alignment by anchoring discussions on the customer outcome, agreed success criteria, and the decisions needed to move forward.
