How would you work with legal and compliance teams when launching a blockchain-related product? I would involve legal and compliance at discovery rather than treating them as late-stage approvers. Together, we would map jurisdictions, user flows, custody and transaction risks, required controls, disclosures, and operational processes. I would convert those requirements into product constraints and acceptance criteria, document decisions, and use staged releases to validate both user value and control effectiveness. Give an example of using AI tools to improve your product-management workflow. I use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, organize customer-feedback themes, draft first-pass specifications, identify competitor patterns, and create structured experiment plans. I validate outputs against source material, protect sensitive information, and retain human judgment for prioritization and decisions. The goal is to reduce administrative time and increase the quality and speed of product learning. What metrics would you use to assess whether a new consumer financial feature is successful? I would define a metric tree covering adoption, activation, successful task completion, transaction reliability, retention, and unit economics. For a payments feature, I would also monitor failure rates, time to completion, support contacts, fraud or compliance signals, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Define a long-term product vision aligned with Airtm’s mission and goals. * Conduct structured customer and market research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities. * Translate vision into a realistic, high-leverage roadmap and backlog that balances short-term growth with long-term scalability. * Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to build and ship features that drive user adoption. * Work closely with growth and marketing to accelerate go-to-market adoption and unlock new revenue streams. * Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI powered capabilities directly into the product, from intelligent automation and personalization to surfacing insights that help users make better financial decisions. * Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day workflow for research, spec writing, competitive analysis, data synthesis and help raise the bar for how the broader team works.
