I use secure service integrations with least-privilege access, configurable endpoints, robust error handling, and monitoring, while ensuring consent rules from tools such as OneTrust are respected before tracking or personalization occurs. I also collaborate with platform owners to test end-to-end data flow and maintain clear operational documentation. How do you lead an AEM engineering team while maintaining code quality and delivery velocity? I set architecture principles, coding standards, definition-of-done criteria, and a pragmatic component and service design approach early in the project.
