This team builds the foundation under every application at Qventus. They own all shared services, including authentication/identity and configuration. The platform team also owns the build and deployment path that carries code into each hospital customer’s isolated environment. Platform’s customers are other engineering teams, so the work is measured by how efficiently and safely they can create and then grow our applications. You’ll be the technical lead of a team composed of several other engineers. That means setting technical direction, owning the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, and writing code or configurations as needed. Your highest-leverage work will be cross-team efforts to make great architectural choices that impact a half dozen applications. This role reports to an engineering manager, who is responsible for team health and career growth.
