Key Responsibilities:

* Design visually compelling assets across a variety of channels, including web, social media, presentations, print materials, and event collateral (including booth and
kiosk design)
* Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop campaign visuals that align with strategic goals and reinforce brand identity
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools (such as AI) to keep creative output fresh and relevant
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and uphold visual standards throughout every project
* Prepare print-ready files with precision and coordinate with external vendors to ensure flawless production

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
* 2–4 years of experience designing digital and print marketing assets
* Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
