I would work from the approved template, complete a focused QA review, and flag any requests that could weaken the instructional design.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple versions of PowerPoint files, resources, and feedback?

I use clear naming conventions, version dates, centralized folders, and a tracker that records the owner, status, due date, and approval stage for each asset. In SharePoint, I would follow team permissions and version-control practices to prevent duplicate or outdated files. I also keep a concise change log so reviewers can quickly understand what was updated and why.
