How do you handle a production issue affecting a customer-facing web application?

I first assess impact and stabilize the experience through rollback, feature flags, or a targeted fix. I communicate status to relevant stakeholders, use logs and monitoring to isolate the cause, validate the correction with focused tests, and document follow-up actions to reduce recurrence.

* Troubleshooting and supporting production applications

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

* 3+ years of experience holding a Senior Engineering title
* Has 5+ years of software development experience
* Is a champion of agile methodologies, and enjoys shipping code often and confidently
* Has a track record of breaking down complex problems as incremental solutions
* Proactively recommends initiatives to improve our engineering technologies and culture
* Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone helps each other grow
