Job Summary: The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for optimizing Salesforce processes, supporting integrations and contributing to minor development efforts. This role has an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce supporting system infrastructure, data and developing within the broader scope of this ecosystem. In addition to core administrative responsibilities, the role requires basic coding skills to enhance Salesforce functionality through Flows and API integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their workflows and build automation that improves efficiency, streamlines operations and enhances user experience. This person will provide thought leadership to find solutions to workflow and tracking of business processes to help the department and system run at optimal levels.
