What is your approach to integrating a sensor with a third-party command-and-control or video-management platform?

I begin by confirming requirements, network architecture, API and protocol compatibility, security constraints, and success criteria. I then configure the interfaces in a controlled environment, validate data flows and events, execute field acceptance testing, and provide clear documentation and training for ongoing use.

How have you used scripting, data analysis, or packet captures to diagnose an integration issue?

### Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

### RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value that our radar products bring to their solutions and applications.
* Support the integration of Echodyne’s solutions with 3rd party integrators, to include Command and Control (C2) platforms, Video Management Platforms (VMS), autonomous platforms, etc.
* Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
* Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
* Support the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
* Help improve Echodyne’s products by regularly collecting customer feedback and interfacing with Echodyne product managers and engineers.
* Up to 50% travel may be required.

* Experience with Linux operating systems and using a Command Line Interface.
* Basic understanding of digital signal processing functions and application to various sensor modalities. Direct experience with radar signal processing a plus.
* Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and working with customers to determine root causes of issues.
* Experience conducting basic data plotting and analysis.
* Experience with basic networking and Wireshark.
* Experience with scripting in one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, C#.

### QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience supporting field deployed sensors/hardware
* 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role (Pre or post-sales)
* 2+ years of experience with software APIs
* TRAVEL: Travel as required, both air and ground; up to 50%

The pay range is from $100,000 to $120,000 base plus commission.
