This role is a chance to get real experience of driving SAFe implementation you won’t get from training or certification. ### Your key responsibilities: With the support of the LACE team you will help to drive the Agile transformation across Vonage. Your role will focus specifically on introducing a strong Agile culture within one or more teams, and you will also have the opportunity to assist the Release Train Engineers with running of SAFe events. * Train, mentor, and support teams to introduce and follow agile values, principles, and practices. * Use a data driven approach to help teams monitor their performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement. * Encourage open communication and active participation within and between teams. * Identify and address impediments that could hinder the team’s progress or productivity.
