We revised the metric hierarchy and adjusted the roadmap to optimize for durable customer value rather than the misleading top-line signal. How would you prototype a cross-cutting workflow without waiting for a full engineering investment? I would define the core user outcome and minimum viable flow, then use tools such as Figma, AI coding environments, and browser automation to build and test a functional prototype. I would recruit relevant users or internal subject-matter experts, capture usability and workflow feedback, and document the technical assumptions that require engineering validation. The goal is to retire the highest-risk assumptions before committing significant implementation capacity. How do you mentor senior product managers while maintaining ownership of your own broad scope? I mentor through leverage: shared decision frameworks, high-quality examples, structured reviews, and coaching on problem framing rather than simply providing answers. I make my reasoning visible in strategy and execution artifacts so others can adapt the approach to their own areas. This raises the overall product-management standard while allowing me to stay accountable for my own cross-functional outcomes. You own a problem space that spans multiple surfaces, or one so foundational that getting it right shapes how everything else at ClickUp works. You still build. The strategy is sharper because you are prototyping the cross-cutting workflow yourself, reading data wherever it shows up, and sitting on customer calls that span the whole problem. You scale impact by inventing leverage that other PMs adopt, wiring up AI workflows that keep you current on more signals than any one person could manually track. The scope is wide on purpose, and you find new ways to cover it. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes. * Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code. * QA your own work. Use browser automation tools to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm what shipped matches what was specced. * Stay current and apply it.
