This is a remote role based in the United States. ### Your Impact ### Scale and Lead Global Accounting Organization * Lead and continue to mature the accounting organization, ensuring it can support a larger, more complex global business while maintaining accuracy, strong controls, and predictable execution. * Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including: monthly close and financial reporting, global consolidations and multi-entity accounting, internal controls, compliance, and external audits, tax operations and external advisor relationships, billing, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and related financial operations * You’ll be accountable for delivering timely, accurate financial reporting while continuously improving the efficiency and predictability of the accounting organization. * Maintain the controls, documentation, and processes that keep the organization ready for financing, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions as the business scales. ### Evolve for Multiple Business Models * You understand the operational and accounting complexities of recurring revenue, payment settlements, reconciliation, money movement, processing fees, reserves, and financial controls.
