The pay range for the Contract Mental Health Therapist ranges from $69-$74 per teletherapy session. Exact reimbursement rates will be determined during the interview process and are based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, licensure type, experience, specializations, languages spoken, and populations treated. Session length is 60 minutes for an intake and 45 minutes for a follow up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate. All Headspace therapists must be licensed and reside in the US.
