You’ll also actively partner with your Product counterparts and Staff Engineers to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. You will lead the Fintech team responsible for domains like clinic payments, invoices, financial reports, health insurance integrations and others. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director. We are committed to continuous improvement, open feedback, and working efficiently towards our goals. This role provides an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the area while receiving mentorship and support as needed. While expertise in specific technologies isn’t required, this is a technical role, and a solid technical background is essential to effectively support the teams.
