Setting up or scaling AI-first ways of working for a data/analytics team (e.g. AI-assisted querying and coding, shared prompt or code libraries, reusable architecture in GitHub or similar) * Skilled at digesting complex data into business language able to summarise findings and frame them as a clear narrative, not just a report, for senior non-technical audiences * Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau, building dashboards for non-technical audiences * Working knowledge of basic statistical modelling and concepts such as regression analysis and A/B testing * Experience working cross-functionally, partnering with non-technical stakeholders across departments * Professional fluency in English (Spanish is a plus) * Based in Madrid or Barcelona is ideal, this is a remote-first team with most colleagues based in Spain.
