What is your approach to leading a large, international team with multiple direct reports? I establish a clear structure: shared objectives, defined decision rights, measurable outcomes, and a regular performance cadence. I create space for managers to raise concerns and contribute ideas, while holding them accountable for delivery and team health. I also adapt communication styles across cultures and ensure that priorities are consistently understood across the organization. I would identify the few metrics that best explain category health, such as supply quality, sell-through, conversion, average selling price, margin, and seller retention.
