How do you manage competing requests from Sales and Marketing stakeholders? I assess requests based on business impact, customer deadlines, effort, and dependencies, then communicate priorities and realistic delivery dates early. I use templates and reusable modules where appropriate, while reserving customization for high-value client needs. How would you ensure collateral remains accurate and aligned with brand standards? I would use approved messaging, current templates, and validated data sources, while maintaining a structured review process with relevant sales, marketing, legal, or analytics partners. You’ll collaborate directly with our sales force, developing custom marketing materials that drive sales growth among our largest customers. This job can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters or remotely within the U.S. ### How you’ll make an impact * Design custom materials including slides, one pagers and videos for the Sales team to leverage during client meetings * Collaborate with the Analytics team to extract custom metrics and gather client-specific data to develop compelling personalized presentations for meetings * Support Marketing & Sales throughout the sales lifecycle by providing presentations, pitch decks, RFPs, and results decks * Provide proposals, or any custom slides and content * Create marketing materials for in-person and virtual team meetings with up to 200 attendees, and help build templates to be leveraged by the entire commercial business * Assist Marketing team in creation of collateral, templates or other projects to support the commercial business * Provide strategic partnership to Sales and SalesHub team members ### What we’re looking for: * Critical Thinker.
