I would quickly assess the impact on the proposal schedule and contact the contributor to understand the blocker and obtain a realistic completion time. If needed, I would escalate through the agreed governance path, identify an alternate SME or use approved reusable content as a temporary solution, and communicate the revised plan so the team can preserve review time and submission quality. How have you used AI-enabled tools responsibly in proposal management? I use AI to accelerate tasks such as content discovery, first-draft structuring, summarization, gap analysis, and consistency checks, while retaining human accountability for accuracy, customer alignment, compliance, and final messaging. You will play a key role in supporting proposal effectiveness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the function.
