How do you prioritize multiple design requests with competing deadlines? I assess each request by business impact, audience reach, launch dependency, effort, and deadline risk. I make tradeoffs visible early, align with requesters on the minimum viable deliverable versus a fully developed asset, and maintain a clear production plan with review milestones. How do you explain and defend a design decision to non-design stakeholders? I connect design choices to the brief, audience needs, and intended outcome rather than relying on personal preference. I use clear comparisons, hierarchy and accessibility principles, and—when available—performance data to explain why a direction will communicate more effectively. What is your approach to designing assets for both digital and print channels? I start with the shared concept and core visual system, then adapt execution to each medium’s technical and audience requirements. For digital, I account for responsive formats, readability, and interaction context; for print, I consider production specifications, color management, resolution, bleed, and physical viewing distance.
