I provide a clear title, environment details, reproducible steps, expected and actual behavior, severity or user impact, and supporting evidence such as logs or screenshots. This individual will be comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and willing to pivot between manual and automated testing based on team priorities and business needs. ### Responsibilities * Learn, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts under the guidance of more senior automation team members. * Participate in the creation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements. * Demonstrate flexibility in shifting between manual validation and automation work depending on delivery timelines, feature complexity, and team needs. * Continuously build technical testing knowledge, including exposure to automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices. * Communicate effectively in a remote environment, including maintaining an active on-camera presence during meetings when expected. ### Qualifications * Some prior technical experience in software testing, automation, scripting, development, or a related technical area OR a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or another programming/technology-related field from an accredited higher education institution. * Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Agile delivery practices. * Familiarity with test automation concepts and an interest in building skills in automation tools and frameworks. * Exposure to one or more programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Health IT experience (a plus) ### About PerfectServe PerfectServe offers unified healthcare communication solutions to help physicians, nurses, and care team members provide exceptional patient care.
