The team is dedicated to building tools and services to enable creation, promotion, expression, and monetization at scale. The Music team shapes how artists and their music show up on Spotify. Our work spans Spotify for Artists, content upload, artist identity and visual expression, promotion and discovery, and insights that help artists and their teams understand and grow their audiences. As Head of Artist & Label Product, you’ll lead the product organization responsible for these experiences, bringing together our artist and label products into a clear, connected strategy. You’ll lead PM managers and senior PMs, set direction across multiple product areas, and turn that strategy into meaningful outcomes for artists, labels, listeners, and Spotify.
